Celebrity couple Madhuri Dixit and Dr Shriram Nene are currently gallivanting around Greece, celebrating their 25 years of togetherness with a fun-filled vacation. From sightseeing to relaxing on a yacht, here’s a look at some of their memorable moments.
Simply Santorini!
The picturesque Santorini cliffside, dotted with whitewashed buildings and bordered by the serene Aegean Sea served as the perfect backdrop for a photo op for Madhuri and Dr. Nene’s on their anniversary vacay. “Nothing beats together in Santorini Chasing the skies and the sea together as we celebrate 25 years together around the sun. #santorini #memories #traveldiaries” — they shared.
The couple, who tied the knot on October 17, 1999, gave fans glimpses of their journey around the charming and iconic village of Oia, in Santorini, renowned for its spectacular blue-domed churches. “Sunsets, sea breezes and endless blue!” wrote Dr Nene on his Instagram feed.
The couple, who have two sons, Arin and Ryan, also explored the stunning white church of Agios Vasilios, which overlooks the Aegean Sea in Oia. Dr. Nene and Madhuri beamed into the camera as they took a selfie during their sun-soaked trip.
Calling the Greek island “a paradise”, the couple also took a yacht ride, to enjoy “the magical sunset” and views of the submerged caldera off its coast. Dr. Shriram Nene, a cardiovascular surgeon by profession, shared some gorgeous photos, writing, “Nothing like life on a boat, right? "
Among their many adorable pictures, this one where Madhuri embraces her husband against the backdrop of the setting sun — the sky a warm shade of orange and gold, melted our hearts.
Amazing Athens
Before visiting Santorini, Madhuri and Dr. Nene made a pitstop in Athens, staying at a 150-year-old landmark hotel. “From ancient ruins to modern vibes, Athens, you’ve been unforgettable #Athens #memories” wrote Madhuri’s husband.

Capturing the city’s history and grandeur, the couple shared a selfie from the rooftop or balcony of their hotel, the Parthenon in the background.
During their time in Athens, they spent their days taking selfies while walking down the charming streets of Athens, exploring the Parthenon and other historical sites. Scoops of gelato made their trip all the sweeter.
On the work front, the 57-year-old actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, slated to hit theatres on November 1. In the horror comedy, Madhuri shares screen space with Kartik Aaryan, Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan.
