Actress Kriti Sanon has been turning heads in monochrome outfits ahead of the release of her production venture Do Patti, which also stars Kajol and Shaheer Sheikh. Here’s a look at some of her glamorous looks for the promotions of the crime thriller, slated to hit Netflix on October 25.
Kriti wore a cut-out black-and-white tube dress to one of the events. She kept the look simple yet chic, opting for middle-parted hair, black manicured nails and minimal accessories. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, Do Patti is the first film bankrolled by Kriti’s production banner, Blue Butterfly Films. It also marks the first time she is playing a double role.
Kriti paired a white peplum top with striped black trousers. Her bright magenta lip shade added a pop of colour to the ensemble, while her darkened eyebrows and ear cuffs perfectly complemented it. In the film, Kriti portrays identical twin sisters who are in love with the same man, Dhruv Sood (Shaheer).
Do Patti trailer, released by the makers earlier this month, hinted that the love triangle leads to a twisted accident, which will be investigated by Kajol, who plays a cop for the first time. The thriller marks Kriti’s second collaboration with Kajol after Rohit Shetty’s 2015 romantic action comedy Dilwale.
Kriti, who has co-produced the film with screenwriter Kanika Dhillon, looked gorgeous in a grey-and-white slit dress. Stiletto boots and a loosely tied bun further enhanced her glamour quotient.
Golden hoops and kohl-rimmed eyes accentuated Kriti’s off-shoulder ensemble.
“This Heer is a little black, a little white with some shades of grey,” wrote Kriti, sharing the pictures on Instagram on Tuesday.
