Most of the success that one enjoys in life is earned after getting out of comfort zone. Sharaninarayana, the director of Narayana Educational Institutions is a huge example of the same. Once a shy child, Sharaninarayana overcame her stage fright and introverted nature after a struggle of 25 years. And when she surpassed all those resistances, she unlocked several hidden capabilities. "When you want to become the best version of yourself, You grow constantly." she says.
Sharaninarayana says that she always wanted to be a part of Narayana Educational Institutions which is a huge empire with 640 Schools and Colleges across India. But it was only her transformation that enabled her to do what she always dreamt of doing. Sharaninarayana says that she had to strengthen her foundation and gain a lot of knowledge in core subjects like Math, Physics, and Chemistry to contribute to the formation of the micro schedule of the students and address their academic issues.
Now that she's living her dream, she is also making a difference in the world as an influencer, blogger, and fitness enthusiast. Sharaninarayana is extremely passionate about helping and motivating students and she discovered her passion after being the director of Narayana Educational Institutions. In fact, according to Sharaninarayana, her favourite part about her work is interacting with the students. "It gives me a lot of satisfaction." she says.
With her hard work, dedication, and constant efforts to evolve, Sharaninarayana has proved to be one of the most influential women in India. She has received several accolades for the same including the TV5 Business Leader Award 2017 in Education. She has also been honoured by the govt. of Andhra Pradesh on the occasion of International Women's Day in recognition of her work in the field of Education.
And now she's keen on doing more by being a life coach in the future.
