Crunchy Pumpkin Seed Fritters, anybody?

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin seeds: 15-20
- Finely chopped onion: 1 large
- Finely chopped green chillies: 3-4
- Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
- Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Amchur powder: 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoons
- Salt
- Besan/Maida
- Vegetable oil
Process:
- Keep a little pumpkin with the seeds. Wash well and drain excess water
- Mix the pumpkin seeds with chopped vegetables and spices
- Add dry maida and mash well, sprinkling little water to make a fritter-like consistency
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan to and deep fry on low to medium heat until the fritters are golden brown on both sides
- Sprinkle some amchur powder, add some ketchup on the side. Enjoy with tea
