Gurmeet Choudhary and Debinna Bonnerjee are in Kolkata, enjoying the monsoon in the City of Joy. Earlier today, television’s popular couple took to Instagram with glimpses of their tours in the city, posing happily on Park Street. Accompanying the photos was a sweet caption in Bengali which translates to — “Enjoying the warm welcome of our dear city Kolkata”.
Posing right outside the junction of popular Kolkata tea room Flurys, the couple’s sunny smiles captured their joy of being in the city. The overcast sky, the wet roads, a sneak-peek of Kolkata’s popular hangouts, and an almost-weekend mood — these two are sure to have inspired Kolkatans to plan that brekkie or brunch at Flurys, lunch at Mocambo or Peter Cat, or to drop by to sip on a Baganbari at Trincas.
Debinna and Gurmeet also aced monsoon fashion! While Debinna kept it chic and casual in a denim skirt and shacket co-ord, Gurmeet was all cool and casual in a waistcoat-style sleeveless shirt and multi-pocket baggy pants. Debinna opted for sandals and Gurmeet sported boots to complete their looks.
Kolkata girl Debinna, tied the knot with then co-star Gurmeet in 2011, and they are parents to two daughters — Lianna and Divisha. While Debinna runs a channel on YouTube named Debinna Decodes, Gurmeet will soon be making his OTT debut in Commander Karan Saxena on Disney+ Hotstar.
