The Saturday Club presented The Saturday Club Fashion Week in association with t2, its first fashion show for members, on August 5, at the club premises. The colourful event commenced with a runway appearance by the club’s president Rahul Johri and his family. Featuring members in the age group of three to 80-plus, the show was participated by six teams of 13 or 14 members each. The teams demonstrated exceptional prowess in both the ethnic and fusion rounds, leaving the audience marvelling at their almost professional modelling skills. Accompanied by lively Bollywood songs and trending tunes, the teams showcased an impressive array of performances, creatively incorporating props such as balloons and umbrellas. The panel of judges included educationist Gunjan Nigam along with Tollywood actors Pallavi Chatterjee and Sean Banerjee. Sandhu’s Glamorous Squad won the top spot, followed by Sushram as the first runners-up and Ollypop Masters securing the second runners-up position. Snapshots.
