The school recently organised its two-day annual fest, Moonshine Metanoia, to mark the birth anniversary of its founding member, Purnima Ghosh. Keeping consonance with the Covid protocol, the school adopted both online and offline modes to conduct the event.

The first day of the celebration was solely kept for the students to pay tribute and homage to the Covid warriors, while the next day was a mark of euphoria for the restoration of normality.

While the faculty members took part in the programme held on the school premises, students made videos of their dance performances, recitation, handcraft and non-fire cooking activities and sent it to the school. It was displayed on a big screen through Facebook live.

“September 12 is the birth anniversary of our founding member Purnima Ghose. Every year, we celebrate the occasion by organising our annual fest. However, we had to do it virtually this time for the students because of the pandemic,” said principal Jhumu Sengupta.
