Handicrafts and Handloom Fest showcased the best of Bengal handicraft at City Centre Salt Lake

For this festival, about 15 different artisans came to the city from various parts of West Bengal

On Sunday, City Centre Salt Lake held its last leg of showcasing the Handicrafts and Handloom Fest in association with t2, in celebration of its 19th anniversary. For this festival, about 15 different artisans came to the city from various parts of West Bengal. They showcased their products which had taken them multiple days to complete. A cross-section of visitors came to experience a slice of craftsmanship. Snapshots from the fair.

These beautiful terracotta horses were a testament to the artist’s unwavering dedication and determination to achieve the best. Hailing from Panchmura, Bankura, the artist told us that each horse took a number of hours to complete. A set of horses ranged from Rs 100- 350
