What to expect: A first-of-itskind festival, Jugal’s Literature Festival (JLF) aims to start a dialogue on mishti or sweets, an integral part of Bengal’s tradition and culture. The two-day festival will have panel discussions, art and photo exhibitions, and interactive workshops that will delve deep into the history, legacy, culinary footprint, economics, sociocultural impact and most importantly, the future of the dairy-dependent mishti industry.

Orgainser speak: “We at Jugal’s are turning 100 years old! Very few businesses have the privilege of achieving this feat and we are extremely proud that we belong to an industry which consists of innumerable century-old businesses across Bengal.
