Glasses clinked together and toasts were raised as aficionados sat through an indulgent tasting session at Hedonne. Led by Khushnaz Raghina, the brand ambassador of Moet Hennessy, India, the session introduced everyone to five premium liquors from the repertoire of Moet Hennessy, India. The evening started with Chandon Rose, a sparkling wine warming everyone with its sweet and fruity notes. Chandon Brut made it to the table next and greeted the olfactory senses first with fruity and floral notes. Less sweet and more smooth, we relished it with bits of cheese and grapes. Next up was Belvedere Vodka, a premium Polish drink, that was first introduced to the palate neat.

The evening later intimated us to many interesting facts about cognac and then introduced us to the world of Hennessy. Though not a favoured drink in this region, the Hennessy VSOP, served in a wine glass, did get positive nods from everyone sipping the cognac undiluted and then with water. The last chug of the evening was the Scottish single malt whisky, Glenmorangie Original, which impressed with its fruity notes.

The session saw Khushnaz teaching how to pop a bottle with perfection and precision.
