Euphoria at The Almond in Sector V was ALFA Network’s first event from its 2023-24 calendar, hosted by its newly appointed chairperson Naman Ajitsaria. Event chair Ritika Karnani and Rohan Ganeriwala initiated the members into a game after Naman’s talk. All members had to pick a chit and read out the members’ names from their chit to host them for a private dinner. The fun game was followed by the seven-course dinner and malt tasting. Diageo’s world-class and national advocacy manager, Evonne Eadie, presented four types of malts paired with chef Sunayan Pramanik’s seven-course dinner menu. Snapshots:

Cherry Tomato Rasam Burst was served as the amusebouche, the savoury ahead of the appetiser. It was paired with Glenkinchie 12YO, a lowland single malt whisky that had honey and caramel notes to it.
