XLRI to host consulting conclave on Feb 12

The event will bring  together strategists, consulting evangelists and entrepreneurs who are pioneering change to evaluate real-world business dilemmas

XLRI's Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Ex- PGDM) batch of 2021-22 will be hosting Fulcrum,' the B-school's flagship Consulting Conclave, on February 12 . The theme for the conclave is The Making of a Strategist.

The event will bring together strategists, consulting evangelists, thought leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who are pioneering change to evaluate real-world business dilemmas, reflect on their social impact and spark intuitive conversations. The consulting conclave will see an inaugural address by Ranaveer Sinha - president of Alumni Association XLRI and member- XLRI Board of Governors.

The keynote address will be delivered by the guest of honour Sanjay Dawar, managing director and Lead, Capability Network and Strategy, Accenture, will share his insights on consulting of the future.

As a managing director in India, Sanjay has extensive experience working with clients in India and globally across the entire spectrum of consulting services at the intersection of business and digital technology for over 30 years.

He currently leads a team of 5000 strategy and consulting professionals across India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Poland, and Latin America. Next will be Prakhar Tripathi's (Director, Deloitte) session on Decoding Synergy and Unlock Talent Potential in Mergers and Acquisitions.

The day will further witness an enticing discussion with leaders on Strategize Business turnaround and transformation: The India Opportunity with a panel comprising Rahul Sanghvi (partner, Boston Consulting Group), Lokesh Gupta (partner, EY), and Anant Kasibhatla (associate partner, Mckinsey) and moderated by Indrajit Mukherjee, professor in strategic management, XLRI.

Post break, there will be an individual speaker session by Vivek Kamra , managing director, Alvarez & Marsal on business strategy and effective execution. The event will conclude with a vote of thanks by Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy, professor and placement convenor, ExPGDM, XLRI Jamshedpur.
