Applause Entertainment shared the official trailer of its upcoming Tamil-language film Por Thozhil on Tuesday evening. Directed by Vignesh Raja, the film stars Sarath Kumar, Ashok Selvan and Nikhila Vimal in lead roles.

In the two-minute-34-second-long trailer, a timid rookie cop (Ashok Selvan) is compelled to conquer his fears as he embarks on his first assignment. Teamed up with a hostile and reclusive senior cop (Sarath Kumar), their mission is to catch a cunning serial killer inflicting havoc on the city.

Por Thozhil will arrive in cinemas on June 9.

Netflix K-Content shared the official teaser of its upcoming South Korean series Celebrity on Wednesday. Written by Kim Yi-young and directed by Kim Cheol-kyu, the series stars Park Gyu-young, Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Chung-ah, Lee Dong-gun and Jun Hyo-seong.

The one-minute-27-second-long teaser chronicles the glamorous lives of individuals who become social media stars and the people who envy them.

Celebrity will be streaming on Netflix from June 30.

I'm A Virgo

Amazon Prime Video dropped the official trailer of its upcoming absurdist comedy series I’m A Virgo on Tuesday night. Created by Boots Riley, it stars Jharrel Jerome in the lead role alongside Mike Epps, Carmen Ejogo, Walton Goggins, Whittle Brett Gray, Kara Young and Allius Barnes.

The two-minute-37-second-long trailer shows an extraordinarily tall teenage boy navigating through life, family. He is a Virgo and “Virgo’s love adventures”.

I’m A Virgo will arrive on Amazon Prime Video on June 23.

Buddy

Junglee Music Telugu released the trailer of its upcoming Telugu-language sci-fi adventure film Buddy on Tuesday. Directed by Sam Anton, the film stars Allu Sirish, Ajmal Amir, Prisha Rajesh Singh, Mukeshkumar and Mohammed Ali.

The two-minute-37-second-long video shows a futuristic world where a masked man is putting a huge bounty on a teddy’s head. We see Allu Sirish protecting a fun-loving teddy from a gang of bounty hunters on a metro.
