Knock at the Cabin
Universal Pictures have dropped a new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s apocalyptic horror film Knock at The Cabin. The film stars an ensemble cast featuring Jonathan Groff, Dave Bautista, Rupert Grint, Ben Aldridge and Nikki Amuka-Bird.
The eerie tw0-minute-43-second-long trailer shows us the fate of a young girl and her two fathers on a vacation. All of them are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must act before all is lost.
Knock at The Cabin will hit the cinemas on February 3, 2023.
Doctor Who - 60th Anniversary Specials
BBC released the teaser-trailer of Doctor Who - 60th Anniversary Specials on Christmas. David Tennant, who played the Tenth Doctor in Doctor Who, is making his return as the Fourteenth Doctor in the 60th anniversary Doctor Who specials. The show also stars Catherine Tate, Yasmin Finney, Jacqueline King, Karl Collins, Ruth Madeley and Neil Patrick Harris.
In the one-minute-16-second-long trailer, Tennant returns as the doctor and faces a supervillain, played by Neil Patrick Harris. At the end of the clip, Sex Education fame Ncuti Gatwa also makes his debut as the Fifteenth Doctor, the first Black Doctor.
Unstoppable
T-Series Telugu has dropped the trailer for action comedy film Unstoppable. Directed by Diamond Rathna Babu, the film stars Vj Sunny, Sapthagiri, Nakshatra, Aqsa Khan, Bittiri Satti, Pruthvi, Posani Krishna Murali, Raja Ravindra, Raghu Babu and Anand Chakrapani.
In the one-minute-33-second-long teaser, we see two close friends with big aspirations move abroad and try to find love. However, fate plays them and they both get in trouble. They have to be creative and get out of the situation with the girls of their dreams.
Dear Mama
FX Networks have released the teaser of their upcoming docu-series Dear Mama. Director Allen Hughes, who is known for The Defiant Ones, helms this five-part docu-series which tells the tale of Afeni and Tupac Shakur.
The 42-second-long teaser takes us through the story of the mother-son duo Afeni and Tupac Shakur. The docu-series chronicles the rise of African-Americans against racial discrimination and the growing popularity of Hip-Hop, which became a medium for the protestors to voice their demands.
Dear Mama will be available in India on Disney+Hotstar. The release date is yet to be announced.
