Kangaroo Valley
Netflix has dropped the trailer of its upcoming nature documentary Kangaroo Valley. The documentary follows the Kangaroo river, which runs through the Kangaroo valley’s wildlife-rich rainforests and countryside in Australia.
In the one-minute-41-second-long trailer, we see the coming-of-age story of a joey called Mala, learning what it takes to survive her first year. The odds are not in her favour as only one in five joeys makes it to their first birthday. Mala’s greatest enemy is the dingo pack that stalks her family. Among them is the young dingo Miro, who is learning to hunt.
Kangaroo Valley will arrive on Netflix on December 14.
Maarrich
NH Studioz have released the trailer of their upcoming murder mystery film Maarrich. Written and directed by Dhruv Lather, the film stars Tusshar Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Rahul Dev, Anita Hassanandani Reddy, Dipannita Sharma, Seerat Kapoor and Akash Dahiya in important roles.
In the two-minute-38-second-long trailer, we see two brutal murders, six suspects and one fearless cop Rajiv Dixit (Tusshar). Rajiv has to investigate the case and nab the murderer. From the trailer, it seems that the film is an edge-of-the-seat thriller in which everyone is a suspect. Naseeruddin Shah plays the role of a mysterious priest in the film.
Maarrich will hit the cinemas on December 9.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh Part 1
Netflix has dropped the trailer for the first part of its upcoming anime film The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh. The all-new two-part anime film is based on Nakaba Suzuki’s famed The Seven Deadly Sins manga franchise.
According to the synopsis, Prince Tristan is tormented by his inability to control two great powers — the Demon Clan of his father Meliodas and the Goddess Clan of his mother Elizabeth. When Elizabeth’s life is threatened, Tristan flees the kingdom and heads toward Edinburgh, where former knight Deathpierce maintains his castle. But what are Deathpierce’s intentions?
The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh Part 1 starts streaming worldwide on December 20.
Meet Cute
SonyLIV has released the trailer of the upcoming Telugu-language film Meet Cute. Produced by Telugu star Nani under his production banner Wall Poster Cinema, the film is directed by his sister, debutante Deepthi Ghanta. It stars Satyaraj, Adah Sharma, Varsha Bollamma, Ruhani Sharma, Rohini, Akanksha Singh and Sanchita Poonacha.
In the two-minute-15-second-long trailer, we see two characters discussing the definition of ‘Meet Cute’ while sitting in a cafe. Then we are introduced to four different stories of love and companionship among strangers. From the trailer, the film appears to be an anthology with a thematic connection between the four stories.
Meet Cute will be streaming on SonyLIV from November 25.
Das Ka Dhamki
Saregama Telugu has released the first trailer of its upcoming Telugu-language romantic action film Das Ka Dhamki. Directed and headlined by Vishwaksen, the film stars Nivetha Pethuraj, Rao Ramesh, Tarun Bhascker, Shaurya, Rati Hulji, Akshara Goud, Ajay, Aadi, Mahesh, Rohini, Prudhvi Raj and Kadambari Kiran.
In the two-minute-56-second-long trailer, we see Vishwaksen in double roles. After the heir of a multi-million dollar business empire dies in a car crash, the patriarch of that family requests a waiter, who looks exactly like the deceased person, to save his wife. The waiter is in love with a rich girl played by Nivetha Pethuraj. The recent developments pit him against other competitors who want the empire.
Das Ka Dhamki will hit the cinemas on February 2023.
