While Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja celebrated Christmas with their son Vayu in London, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Raha and other members of the extended Kapoor family embraced the festive spirit together in Mumbai.

“Family Christmas celebration,” wrote Neetu on Wednesday, sharing a family picture which also features Agastya Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda, Randhir Kapoor, Reema Kapoor and Babita Kapoor.

While Alia, Randhir, Raha and Babita appear dressed in red ensembles, Ranbir sports a white T-shirt and Neetu Kapoor looks gorgeous in a beige tunic in the picture.

Sonam Kapoor shared glimpses of her family celebration in the English capital. In one of the pictures, she kisses her son Vayu. The actress wears a red pajama in the photo. The carousel also features Sonam’s younger sister Rhea Kapoor. A couple of photos show the family savouring a lavish meal at an eatery. “What a merry Christmas! What a lovely month! Friends and Family and a whole lot of love,” wrote Sonam, sharing the pictures on Instagram.

On the work front, Sonam is set to return to acting early next year. This will mark her first project since the birth of her son, Vayu, in August 2022. The 39-year-old actress was last seen in Shome Makhija’s 2023 crime thriller Blind alongside Purab Kohli and Vinay Pathak.

Meanwhile, Alia will next star in YRF Universe’s first female-led spy film Alpha. Ranbir, on the other hand, is gearing up for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. The actor will also star alongside Alia and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s epic romance drama Love & War, slated to hit theatres in March 2026.
