Physical: 100
Netflix has dropped the teaser for its first ever fitness-based survival reality show Physical: 100. The Korean-language show is set to feature 100 of the fittest contestants including martial artist Choo Seong-hoon and Skeleton national team player Yun Seong-bin. The show will also feature K-pop idol Sunmi’s backup dancer Cha Hyun-seung and baseball player Dustin Nippert.
In the 40-second-long clip, we see contestants performing physically-challenging stunts in an extremely competitive environment.
Physical: 100 will be streaming from January 24, 2023.
Gandhi-Godse Ek Yudh
PVR Pictures have released the motion poster of Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming political drama Gandhi-Godse Ek Yudh. Deepak Antani will play the role of Mahatma Gandhi while Chinmay Mandlekar will play Nathuram Godse in the movie.
The two-minute-17-second-long video depicts the war of ideologies between Gandhi and Godse. The motion picture also gives us glimpses of other prominent characters from history, including that of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The music for the film is composed by A.R. Rahman.
Gandhi-Godse Ek Yudh will arrive in cinemas on January 26, 2023.
Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre
Director Guy Ritchie’s upcoming American spy action comedy film Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre is set to release in India on January 6. Written by Ritchie, Ivan Atkinson and Marn Davies, the film stars Jason Statham, Aubrey Plaza, Josh Hartnett, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone, and Hugh Grant in prominent roles.
PVR Pictures shared the poster of the film on social media and wrote, “Espionage never looked so good! Presenting the #OfficialPoster for @GuyRitchie1968 ’s #OperationFortune, an action-packed spy thriller starring #JasonStatham, #AubreyPlaza and #HughGrant. Coming to a cinema near you on January 6.”
Veerayya
Sony Music South has unveiled the title track of Chiranjeevi’s upcoming Telugu-language film Waltair Veerayya. Titled Veerayya, the song is sung by Anurag Kulkarni Alaap and Pavithra Chari. Apart from Chiranjeevi, the film also stars Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan and Catherine Tresa in prominent roles.
The four-minute-long music video is packed with live-action sequences of Chiranjeevi’s different avatars in the film. Written and Directed by Bobby Kolli, the action entertainer’s behind-the-scenes shots are also included in the music video.
Waltair Veerayya will release in cinemas on January 13, 2023.
