SVF on Tuesday unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Bengali romantic drama film Dilkhush. Directed by debutante Rahool Mukherjee, the film features an ensemble cast of Madhumita Sarcar, Soham Majumdar, Aparajita Adhya, Kharaj Mukherjee, Paran Bandopadhyay, Anashua, Ujan Ganguly and Anirban Bhattacharya.

The two-minute-11-second-long trailer starts by introducing four unlikely love stories of four generations. It shows the couples happy together then it turns to the sorrowful phases of their relationship. The trailer features the popular song Bibagi Phone, sung by Anirban Bhattacharya, who is also seen as an AI avatar at the end of the trailer.

Dilkhush will hit cinemas on January 20.

Gandhi Godse - Ek Yudh

PVR Pictures have released the teaser of Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming political drama Gandhi-Godse Ek Yudh. Deepak Antani will play the role of Mahatma Gandhi while Chinmay Mandlekar will play Nathuram Godse in the movie. The film will also feature Arif Zakariya, Pawan Chopra, Tanisha Santoshi and Anuj Saini in pivotal roles.

The one-minute-32-second-long trailer follows the ideological differences between Nathuram Godse and Mahatma Gandhi. Set during 1947-48, The film revolves around the fictional world where Gandhi survives the attack and later meets Godse in prison. The meeting leads to a fiery debate between the two.

Gandhi-Godse Ek Yudh will arrive in theatres on January 26.

Lakadbaggha

Zee Music Company dropped the trailer of the upcoming Hindi-language martial arts film Lakadbaggha (Hyena). Directed by Victor Mukherjee, the film stars Anshuman Jha, Ridhi Dogra, Paresh Pahuja and Milind Soman in the important roles.

The two-minute-38-second-long trailer introduces us to a businessman who runs an agency in Kolkata to sell animals and takes up illegal contracts to rid localities of disturbing stray dogs. A martial artist, who loves animals, fights this evil racket to save animals.

Lakadbaggha (Hyena) is scheduled to release on January 13.

Jhansi Season 2

Disney+Hotstar Telugu has unveiled the trailer for Season 2 of its Telugu action series Jhansi. Headlined by Telugu actress Anjali, the action thriller also features Chandini Chowdary, Adarsh Balakrishna, Raj Arun and Samyukta Hornad.

The one-minute-26-second-long trailer shows Anjali as the skilled warrior Jhanshi and picks up the story from where Season 1 ended. There are also some flashback sequences from Jhansi’s life, especially when she was an assassin.

Jhansi S2 will stream on Disney+ Hotstar from January 19.
