Barracuda Queens

Netflix dropped the official teaser of its upcoming Swedish crime drama series Barracuda Queens. The series stars Alva Bratt, Tindra Monsen, Sandra Zubovic, Sarah Gustafsson, Tea Stjärne, Mirja Turestedt, Johannes Kuhnke and Izabella Scorupco.

The one-minute-14-second-long teaser shows glimpses of a group of young women in the 1990s who commit burglaries in an attempt to rebel as they seek thrills and get revenge on men who have done them wrong.

Barracuda Queens will arrive on Netflix on June 5.

Wish

Walt Disney Animation Studios unveiled the official teaser of its upcoming animated feature film Wish. Written by Jennifer Lee, its voice cast includes Ariana DeBose as Asha, Chris Pine as King Magnifico and Alan Tudyk as Valentino.

The one-minute-49-second-long teaser follows Asha, a young girl, who makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force, which is manifested through a little ball of boundless energy called Star. Together, Asha and Star confront a most formidable foe — King Magnifico—to save the community

Wish is set to release in theatres in November.

Next Goal Wins

Searchlight Pictures dropped the official trailer of its upcoming biographical sports drama film Next Goal Wins. Directed by Taika Waititi, the film is based on the 2014 documentary of the same name by Mike Brett and Steve Jamison about Dutch-American coach Thomas Rongen’s efforts to lead the American Samoa national football team. The movie stars Michael Fassbender in the lead role alongside Elisabeth Moss, Oscar Kightley, Uli Latukefu, Rachel House and Kaimana.

In the two-minute-10-second-long trailer, we seeThomas Rongen (Fassbender) forced to become the head coach of the American Samoa national team, which just lost a match 31-0. With the 2014 World Cup Qualifiers approaching, the coach must turn the world’s worst football team around as soon as possible.

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes

The official trailer of the upcoming American science fiction action film The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes was shared by Lionsgate Movies on Thursday. Helmed by Francis Lawrence, this prequel to The Hunger Games film series stars Tom Blyth, Rachel Zegler, Peter Dinklage, Hunter Schafer, Josh Andrés Rivera, Jason Schwartzman and Viola Davis.

The two-minute-48-second-long teaser shows it is set 64 years before the first film of The Hunger Games series. It follows young Coriolanus Snow (Blyth) and his relationship with Lucy Gray Baird (Zegler).

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes will arrive in theatres on November 17.
