MasterChef Nayanjyoti recreates a delish Croquembouche Christmas Tree

Want to impress your guests with some MasterChef-level dessert? Then who better can be your inspiration other than MasterChef season 7’s winner Nayanjyoti Saikia? The MasterChef has always won hearts for his strength in conjuring up tasty treats. And now he has shown his skills by making a Croquembouche Christmas tree that looks absolutely delish! This French cream puff tree is a classic Christmas dessert. Explaining the marvel he has recently created and posted as a reel, Nayanjyoti said to My Kolkata, “It’s a choux pastry and inside there’s whipped white chocolate ganache filling. Caramel has been used as glue, and Russian buttercream to fill the gaps and for the leaves. There’s sugar paste and sugar pearls for decoration.” So, would you try your hands at it for Christmas now?
