Cherry blossoms are undoubtedly one of the most delightful things to see in India. You can view them in the spring or in the winter. The season of pink bliss is quickly approaching its end. According to the Hindu calendar, spring in India is known as vasant and lasts from roughly mid-February to April. Here’s where you can see and enjoy the cherry blossom season in India now.

Bangalore

The city, which is referred to as India’s Silicon Valley, changes into a pink heaven city from the end of March to the beginning of April. During this time of year, tabebuia rosea trees flower throughout the city and disperse their pink wisdom. As a prominent garden city that sets the bar high, travellers flock to the city to see this eye-opening spectacle. You can take a stroll next to these blossoming trees and enjoy the sunshine, or you can sit in the trees’ blushing shade. Cubbon Park and Benniganahalli Lake are the greatest locations to take in the splendour of cherry blossoms. People come from all over the country to have their pictures taken among the cherry blossom trees here.

Mumbai

Another place where you may see the beauty of cherry blossom trees is the dream city. Every year, the city roads are covered in pink blossoms from February to April and also in December. It is a busy time of year for both locals and tourists. You can travel along the Eastern Expressway’s Vikhroli section. Each onlooker is captivated by the stretch’s stunning carpet of pink trumpet cherry trees. All Mumbai residents enjoy the aesthetic delight provided by the trees that the local government of Mumbai has planted.

Jammu and Kashmir

At this time of year, pink blossoms can be seen in the earth’s paradise. When the cherry blossom season arrives, the area becomes even more so. As the snow melts in March and April, pink cherry blossoms cover the valley. As the warm spring season replaces the chilly winters, the colour of rainbows replaces the colour white. At locations like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Shopian and Baramulla, you can enjoy pink utopia with the blissful beauty of Jammu and Kashmir. Together with cherry blossoms, tulip gardens also offer a breathtaking vista. Kasmir is renowned for having tulip blooms in April. During the first two weeks of April, you can also go to the annual tulip festival.

Shimla

The well-known hill station is also well-known for its breathtaking pink touches on the pure white hills. Now that the sun is softly shining and the temperature is still cool, the flower appears to be prepared to bloom. This spring, cherry blossoms come in many different colours in addition to pink. The little village of Mashobra is where you can witness the pink colour blossoms this April.

Himachal Pradesh

Pink blooms can be seen in the country’s northwest region too, besides the exquisitely gorgeous Himalayan vistas. The Dharamshala region of the state is also one of the locations in India to witness cherry blossoms.
