Pediatricians checked the baby at 12.30am on Wednesday and found her healthy. “It was around 6am that an attendant checked on the baby and found her lifeless,” said the officer.

Singh was brought to the nursing home on Monday. Her husband stayed with her on the next bed. He apparently told the police that he had stepped out of the cabin and came to know about his daughter’s death after coming back.
