Metro Railway on Tuesday issued a notification on the timings and frequency of East-West trains, a day after the ceremonial inauguration of the Sealdah Metro station.
Commercial services between Sector V and Sealdah will start on Thursday.

The first trains will leave Sealdah at 6.55am and Sector V at 7am. The last trains will leave Sealdah at 9.35pm and Sector V at 9.40pm. The interval between two trains will be 15 minutes during rush hours - 8.55am to 10.55am - and again from 4.55pm to 7.55pm, the notification said.
During the rest of the day, the interval between two trains will be 20 minutes. There will be no trains on Sunday.
