- 4pm: Bike rally start from Ramlila Maidan near Moulali petrol pump move along Philips crossing — Ananda Palit — 2nd Bridge — Kamadanga — Jeevashiva Mission High School — Panchkuri Radharani Adarsh Vidyalaya — Trade Lane crossing — Hughes Road crossing — Vaishali crossing — Panchanan Tala — Sarkar Bazar — Borafkal crossing — Sealdah — Moulali — SN Banerjee Road and will end near Janbazar crossing
Rally alert
Traffic could be disrupted in parts of the city, including Sealdah, SN Banerjee Road, Jawaharlal Nehru Road and Dorina crossing after 1pm on Wednesday as a rally by the Indian Secular Front will head from Sealdah towards Esplanade around that time. Last Saturday, a clash between ISF supporters and the police at Esplanade had brought traffic to a standstill in the city.
