A 33-year-old man was arrested from Bihar for allegedly preparing a false invoice for a cement company and cheating a man in Kolkata of Rs 11 lakh. Chandan Kumar was brought to Kolkata on transit remand on Monday. He was produced in a court that sent him to police custody till March 14.
