Bail for Rashika husband
Alipore resident Kushal Agarwal, who was arrested on the charges of torture and abetment to suicide of his wife Rashika Jain, was granted bail by the Calcutta High Court on Friday, against a bail bond of Rs 50,000.
The court ordered Agarwal to deposit his passport and to be present at the trial court for every hearing.
