The books in this genre cover human wellness areas like exercise and proper diet as well as mental health and spiritual centring. Books of this genre emphasise the idea of ‘being well’. A healthy and fit person can function well both mentally and physically. Two years of the pandemic with the outbreak of a deadly virus and an extensive loss of lives has made us more aware of health and physical well-being. The popularity of wellness books has increased with time and following them has been a holistic practice among a lot of readers. Here are five books we browsed through at Starmark, South City Mall, which will enlighten you about health and fitness issues.
