“We conceptualised a completely machine-free fitness space where only the strength of the body and natural ways of achieving fitness matter. During the lockdown most of us did not have any access to gyms or other machine-oriented ways of achieving fitness, which made us realise the importance of such a space all the more fervently,” said Madhusatta Chaudhury, co-founder of Euphoria and a practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
“As a mental health specialist and sports psychologist, I put emphasis on balance between physical and intellectual activities. We offer consultation for both children and adults facing mental health issues or struggling with performance in school/work/professional sports career,” said Dr Vendula Buechel, cofounder of Euphoria
