“We thought when we’re serving food, why not have a place where people can also have the option to sit down and eat what they want to eat? Eddy’s Kitchen isn’t just going to be a kitchen kitchen place. This is the first format we’ve come up with which is a cloud kitchen, a takeaway and a dine-in spot. We’re also coming up with Eddy’s lounge in Sector V and
Ho Chi Minh Sarani which will just be known as Eddy’s. We’re trying to serve the cleanest, tastiest food possible. We wanted to keep it simple and open to all,” commented Amandeep Singh who owns Eddy’s Kitchen with partner Sourav Saraf. Singh additionally also owns The Biryani Chapter which is also serving through this outlet of Eddy’s Kitchen.
