With the festive fervour beginning to grip Calcutta, Coke er sathe Pet Pujo hit the right chords as the winners got an opportunity to experience an enriching evening with their favourite actor Abir Chatterjee, marking a great beginning to their festivities. The actor along with the winners participated in an interesting foodwalk on October 15 that resonated well with the name of the contest as they dropped by six famous restaurants on Park Street and engaged in a wholesome adda filled with fun and laughter.

Don Giovanni’s marked the concluding destination of the walk where the group was treated to an array of Italian as well as enticing continental delights. Speaking about the festivities and the excitement that follows through these contests Abir said, “I thoroughly had good company all along. It’s more about the people who have won the contest and bonding with them over great food was just a cherry on top. The entire Bengali community loves to have food. They know what food means to them and subsequently, we gorge on having the best of tastes. After the food when you have Coke, it gives you that refreshing feel. It also emits the feeling of closeness with your friends and family by going out and having a good time.”

We do not bother to ask people where he or she is from. We do not bother about their socio-political or economic background. It is about the biggest festival we have and that is what makes Puja so special.”
