Flurys ushers in the Christmas spirit with their cake-mixing ceremony

Chef Vikas Kumar, director, food production, APEEJAY Surrendra Park Hotels Limited said, ‘We mixed around 350 kgs of fruit today, which is actually a very small part of what we will use for our cakes and is symbolic of the festivities’
