Kolkata Weddings 3.0 in association with t2, the day-long exhibition hosted last month at Daga Nikunj, Ballygunge Circular Road, provided a convenient, one-stop shopping destination for those planning a wedding soon. It featured around 15 stalls that brought in the best of wedding fashion, decor, lifestyle and gifting options.
The exhibition had all that a bride could possibly need for her wedding trousseau including saris, bridal lehngas and jewellery, stoles and shawls, groomswear, self-care packages and all other accessories. Decor items to dress up the house for the special day or gifts for guests like fresh and dry fruit platters and organic nutritional products were also available.
The Telegraph dropped in for a visit and hand-picked some products that are just perfect for your shopping bag for the upcoming wedding and festive season.
“This is our third edit and it’s very satisfying to see that it gets better and better each time. We originally started as a solution provider for wedding shopping needs in Covid times, but we find that our customers want that comfort and ease of shopping even now. So our goal is to make it easy for them, and bring everything that they may want to buy under one roof,” said Rashmi Chowdhary, organiser.
“We really enjoyed curating this wedding exhibition and to make it an easy shopping experience for grooms, brides and their families. An important aspect of this exhibition is that our patrons also have the opportunity of ordering any product in bulk if they really like its quality and finish,” said Divya Todi, organiser.
