Aura International Photography and Painting Exhibition by Retro Kolkata Magazine was a visual treat

Arts Acre in Newtown become the epicenter of a remarkable artistic extravaganza as Retro Kolkata Magazine in collaboration with t2 presented Aura International Photography and Painting Exhibition. This grand event transcended borders, bringing together an awe-inspiring collection of photographs and artworks of artists from over 35 countries. Held from June 16 to 18, the exhibition was a testament to the power of art in bridging cultures and evoking emotions. Visitors were enamoured by the unique camera shots and brushstrokes of artists from countries like Switzerland, Indonesia, the USA, Brazil, the UAE, the UK, Ukraine, Turkey, Sweden, Spain, South Korea, Russia, Poland, the Philippines, Pakistan, New Zealand, Kenya, Japan, Italy, Israel, Iran, Germany, Argentina, Bangladesh, the Republic of San Marino and India. Each artwork on display offered a kaleidoscope of perspectives, from the serene landscapes of Switzerland to the vibrant expressions of Indonesian culture, and from the storytelling captured by American artists to the rhythmic energy of Brazil.

Among the featured photographers were renowned names like F. Dilek Yurdakul, Dhir Jakharia, Navin Kumar Vatsa, Anjan Ghosh, Aparupa Dey, Mou Aysha, Priyanshi Bachhawat Nahata, Sergey Gorshkov among others. In addition, the exhibition will feature an extraordinary array of artworks from talented artists including Constance Regardsoe, Elizaveta Poluyanskaya, Usharanjan Mondal, Bijay Rakshit, Syed Azhar, Sanjay Ghosh, Manika Barman, Rintu Roy Chowdhury, Sudipta Sett, Ranjana Sarkar and many others.

The exhibition was graced by eminent artist Subhaprasanna alongside renowned actor and artist Nondinii Chatterjee. The event was further enriched by the presence of Mallar Ghosh and Mallika Ghosh, celebrated rhythm maestros, as well as distinguished actor Pritha Chatterjee. Joining them were internationally acclaimed photographers and award winners Anjan Ghosh and Aparupa Dey, along with eminent photographer Jayanta Guha and illustrious reciter Madhuchhanda Tarafdar.
