White House Plumbers

The eraser of HBO’s upcoming political drama television miniseries White House Plumbers is now out. Created and written by Alex Gregory and Peter Huyck, this David Mandel directorial stars Woody Harrelson, Justin Theroux, Domhnall Gleeson, Kiernan Shipka and Lena Headey.

The one-minute-34-second-long teaser shows us glimpses of the story of how President Nixon’s own political saboteurs and Watergate masterminds, E. Howard Hunt (Harrelson) and G. Gordon Liddy (Theroux), accidentally toppled the presidency they were zealously trying to protect.

White House Plumbers is coming to HBO in March 2023.

Kaapa

Saregama Malayalam has released the official trailer for its upcoming Malayalam-language crime thriller film Kaapa. Helmed by Shaji Kailas, the film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Aparna Balamurali, Asif Ali and Anna Ben in lead roles.

The two-minute-24-second-long trailer promises us a hardcore gangster drama rooted in Thiruvananthapuram. It seems the film would revolve around a gangster named Madhu (Prithviraj) and his rise in the criminal world through sheer grit, determination and a massive appetite for violence.

Kaapa will hit the cinemas on December 22.

Emancipation

Apple TV+ has dropped a new trailer for its upcoming American historical action thriller film Emancipation. Based on a true story, the film is written by William N. Collage and directed by Antoine Fuqua. It stars Will Smith, Ben Foster, Steven Ogg and Charmaine Bingwa in main roles.

The one-minute-23-second-long trailer shows us how one man can overcome odds to reunite with his family. Set before the American Civil War, the movie showcases the relationship between a slave (Smith) and his white master (Foster).

Emancipation will premiere in the theatres on December 2 and start streaming on Apple TV+ from December 9.

Bullet Dairies

The official teaser of the upcoming feel-good Malayalam-language film Bullet Dairies was dropped by Saregama Malayalam on Friday. Written and directed by Santhosh Mandoor and produced by B3m Creations, the film stars Dhyan Sreenivasan, Johny Antony, Renji Panicker, Sudheer Karamana, Prayaga Martin, Sree Lekshmi, Sethu Lekshmi, Nisha Sarang and Althaaf.

The 54-second-long teaser hints at a brewing romance and intense family drama, highlighting the craze for Royal Enfield bikes, commonly known as ‘Bullets’.
