Urvashi Rautela cut a “24-carat gold cake”, reportedly worth Rs 3 crore, gifted by singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh on her 30th birthday, the actress said in an Instagram post, dropping pictures from the celebration.
“Thank you @yoyohoneysingh in the tapestry of my journey, your presence is woven with threads of gratitude,” Urvashi captioned her post on Sunday, adding the hashtag “24-carat real gold”.
The carousel contains pictures clicked on the set of Love Dose 2, her upcoming music video with Honey Singh. The photographs show Urvashi cutting a three-tier golden cake with rose motifs.
The former Miss Diva looked stunning in a fiery red gown with a thigh-high slit. Urvashi’s hair cascaded down in waves as a statement neckpiece studded with pearls and dewy makeup completed her look.
Clad in a black glittery outfit, Honey Singh fed the birthday girl a piece of the cake. Urvashi also embraced the Desi Kalakaar singer, whom she credited with having “crafted a brilliant chapter in her career”.
“Your tireless efforts and genuine concern for me have crafted a brilliant chapter in my career. Words falter in capturing the depth of my emotions for you,” read the actress’ note.
Urvashi and Honey Singh had previously collaborated for the latter’s 2014 track Love Dose. The upcoming sequel to Love Dose, titled Vigdiyan Heeran, is slated to drop on March 15.
