The Monkey King

Netflix dropped the official trailer of its upcoming animated action comedy film The Monkey King on Monday late night. Directed by Anthony Stacchi, the film stars Jimmy O. Yang and Bowen Yang in lead roles.

The two-minute-25-second-long trailer follows a charismatic Monkey (Jimmy O. Yang) and his magical fighting Stick on an epic quest for victory over 100 demons to become immortal. However, an eccentric demon called Dragon King (Bowen Yang) stands in his way.

The Monkey King will arrive on Netflix on August 18.

Haunted Mansion

Walt Disney Studios unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming supernatural horror comedy film Haunted Mansion on Thursday. Directed by Justin Simien from a screenplay by Katie Dippold, the movie stars Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon, LaKeith Stanfield, Owen Wilson, Tiffany Haddish, Winona Ryder, Dan Levy, Hasan Minhaj, Danny DeVito, Jared Leto and Jamie Lee Curtis.

In the two-minute-25-second-long trailer, we see a woman and her son enlisting a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.

Haunted Mansion will hit the theatres on July 28.

The Holdovers

The official trailer of the upcoming American comedy-drama film The Holdovers was released by Universal Pictures UK on Monday. Directed by Alexander Payne and written by David Hemingson, it stars Paul Giamatti, Dominic Sessa, Da'Vine Joy Randolph and Carrie Preston.

In the two-minute-35-second-long trailer, we see a disliked Deerfield Academy teacher is put in charge of supervising the students who are unable to return home to Christmas due to having no family. However, he is forced to deal with one particularly rebellious student. Soon they form a bond and rediscover the joy of life during the festival.

Dilon Ki Doriyan

T-Series on Tuesday unveiled a new song titled Dilon Ki Doriyan from the upcoming Hindi-language romantic drama film Bawaal. Penned by Arafat Mehmood, the romantic track is sung by Vishal Mishra, Zahrah Khan along with Romy and composed by Tanishk Bagchi.

The two-minute-27-second-long video shows Varun Dhawan’s Ajay and Janhvi Kapoor’s Nisha getting ready for their wedding with both looking gorgeous in ethnic wear as they break into a synchronised dance.

Bawaal will be streaming on Prime Video from July 21.
