Director Subrata Ghosh has wrapped up the shoot of the film Tahader Katha, starring Rishav Basu, Anindya Sengupta, Rajnandini Paul and more. Tahader Katha combines elements of realism and surrealism where one gets to see all the characters from various novels of a writer. Also starring in other important roles are Bhadra Basu, Biswanath Basu, Trisha Das, Deepak Halder, Amit Saha and Arindol Bagchi.

In the film, Susmita struggles to be an actor and dreams of portraying a character by which people will remember her forever. Anaal is a corporate guy in love with Susmita. They have their story to tell. Rafiqul and Priyanka are a couple who are struggling with their respective areas of work. Also, they dream of becoming lovers like Romeo and Juliet.
