Actress Sushmita Sen has shared a video of her sweating it out at home with her workout partners — ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl and daughter Alisha — ahead of her shoot for the third season of Aarya in Jaipur.
“Now allowed more training. I leave to shoot for AARYA in Jaipur shortly," the 47-year-old, who underwent angioplasty following a heart attack last month, wrote on Instagram alongside the video.
The video, shared on Wednesday, shows Sushmita in black
tank top and leggings, doing mobility training and core workouts.
The former Miss Universe has gradually made her exercise regime harder since her heart attack in March. She has also returned to work.
Sushmita recently finished dubbing and promotional shooting for her upcoming web series Taali. The actress will now begin shooting for the much-anticipated third season of the Disney+Hotstar crime thriller Aarya in which she plays the role of a revenge-seeking widow who joins a mafia gang to kill those who were behind her husband’s death.
