Sushmita Sen had a cake-cutting session with her daughters, Renee and Alisah, to celebrate 29 years of her Miss Universe win.
"This journey of life with the both of you by my side…is the ultimate celebration!!! I love you infinity," the 47-year-old actress wrote on Instagram alongside pictures of the cake-cutting ceremony on Sunday.
Sushmita was seen making a wish with her daughters by her side before digging into the chocolate cake.
The Aarya star was crowned Miss Universe on May 21, 1994, becoming the first woman from India to win the pageant. Sushmita also shared a throwback photo of her first photoshoot after the win. Shot by Prabuddha Dasgupta, the photo shows an 18-year-old Sushmita posing in a fur outfit.
"In the rawness of this picture, he beautifully captured an 18 year old me…with a smile he said, you realise you’re the first Miss Universe I’ve ever shot…I proudly added, it’s actually INDIA’s first ever Miss Universe 😊❤️," she wrote alongside the photo.
"The privilege of representing & winning for my Motherland is an honour so profound, it brings me to tears of joy even today...29 years later!!!🤗🇮🇳❤️," her caption further read.
Sushmita will soon be seen in the upcoming third season of the Disney+ Hotstar show Aarya along and the biopic Taali.
