Suriya has wrapped up shooting for his portions in the upcoming period action-drama film Kanguva, the actor announced in an X post on Wednesday.
“My last shot done for kanguva! An entire unit filled with positivity! It’s a finishing of one and beginning of many,” the 48-year-old actor wrote alongside a still of his character from the film, thanking director Siva and the entire team.
The movie still shows Suriya as a fierce warrior who wields a sword and sporting a garland made of teeth. With a deadlock hairstyle and tattoos all over his hands, the actor looks ahead with determined eyes in anticipation of an imminent war.
Touted as a “saga of a mighty valiant hero”, Kanguva will feature Suriya in six different roles. The movie will release in 10 languages including Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.
Produced under the banner of Studio Green, Kanguva also stars Bollywood actors Disha Patani and Bobby Deol. While its cinematography is by Vetri Palanisamy, Devi Sri Prasad has worked with the soundtrack of the film.
