Jawan’s tickets will now be available under the ‘buy 1 get 1 free’ scheme, announced Shah Rukh Khan on Wednesday, hours after suggesting that there might be some discount on the action-entertainer’s tickets in coming days during his #AskSRK session.
Shah Rukh took to X to share this exciting news with his fans. “Bhai ko, behen ko, Dushman ko, Yaar ko... And of course, apne Pyaar ko! Kal Jawan dikhaaiyega! Chacha-Chachi, Phoopha-Phoophi, Maama-Maami... Yaani Poore Parivaar ko. Sab ke liye ek ke saath ek free ticket!!! Toh kal se... Parivaar, yaar aur pyaar... Just Buy 1 ticket and get the other 1 FREE! Wholesome entertainment with the whole family. In cinemas near you - in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu,” he wrote on the microblogging site.
The offer is only valid for internet bookings made through BookMyShow, PayTM Movies, PVR-INOX and Cinepolis for tickets booked for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Jawan, also starring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles, hit theaters on September 7. The film has amassed an impressive total of Rs 578.6 crore in India in 21 days and is inching closer to the Rs 600-crore mark. Beyond the national borders, the Atlee-helmed movie has already grossed Rs 1022 crore worldwide, further cementing its status as a global blockbuster.
