SatyaPrem Ki Katha stars Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani received a standing ovation inside a theatre on Sunday after the duo went in there for a surprise visit to gauge the reaction of the audience.
Overwhelmed with the love and adulation, both Kartik and Kiara shared videos of the incident on their social media handles on Sunday.
“When the audience gives us a standing ovation, that’s when you realise magic has been created ❤️ A moment to cherish forever🥹 All I want to say is Thank You from the entire team of #SatyapremKiKatha 🙏🏼,” Kiara wrote on Instagram alongside the video.
“This Standing Ovation isn’t just for Sattu and Katha but for the entire team that worked tirelessly towards this result 🤍🙏🏻 Gratitude 😊,” Kartik wrote on Instagram after posting a video from the same event.
Directed by Sameer Vidwans, SatyaPrem Ki Katha is an unconventional love story involving Kartik Aaryan’s SatyaPrem and Kiara Advani’s Katha. The story doesn’t end with their marriage as Katha hides an untold secret that puts an obstacle in their path of having a normal married life.
Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant and Shikha Talsania make up the supporting cast of the film.
Both Kartik and Kiara have received good reviews from fans and critics alike for their portrayal of SatyaPrem and Katha. The film has minted Rs 38.35 crore at the box office so far since its release on Eid this year.
