Newlywed actor Randeep Hooda has penned a heartfelt birthday note for his wife Lin Laishram, thanking the model-actress for being a part of his life and adding “steadiness” to it.
“From the highway to this way, we have come a long way.. Happy Birthday Mrs”, wrote the 47-year-old on Instagram alongside two pictures of the couple on Lin’s 38th birthday on Tuesday.
“Didn’t know then that life will change so much and that too for the better. I’m just grateful to you (for) being in my life and giving it the steadiness and calmness it needed. Love you always,” Randeep concluded his note.
The first photo shows Lin posing as pillion rider with Randeep on a high-end cruiser motorcycle. The second picture captures an unseen moment from their wedding reception. Randeep, in a black bandhgala, and Lin, in a sequined red lehenga, are caught gazing at each other.
Lin liked the post and commented, “Love you more,” with three heart symbols.
The couple exchanged vows in a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony in Imphal, Manipur on November 29. This was followed by a star-studded reception in Mumbai attended by several Bollywood celebrities including Mona Singh, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay Varma, Amit Sial and Aahana Kumra on December 11.
Randeep was last seen in the Prawaal Raman-helmed thriller Sergeant. His upcoming film, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, will mark his directorial debut.
Lin recently appeared in Sujoy Ghosh’s Netflix crime thriller Jaane Jaan which also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vijay Varma.
