Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna flaunt their sparkling chemistry as they dance to their heart’s content in the lyric video of Angaaron (The Couple Song), the second track from Pushpa 2: The Rule, the sequel to Sukumar’s 2021 film Pusha: The Rise.
Dropped by T-Series on Wednesday, the four-minute-24-second-long video begins with behind-the-scenes footage of Allu entering the sets of the film and Rashmika reading the lyrics of the song. Also featuring filmmaker Sukumar, the video goes on to show Rashmika grooving along to the beats of the song with Allu later joining her for a dance. The subsequent scenes show candid moments between Allu and Rashmika.
Sung by Shreya Ghoshal, the song has its lyrics penned by Raqueeb Alam. Devi Sri Prasad has served as the music composer for the song. Angaaron has been released in six languages including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Bengali.

On Tuesday, Rashmika dropped a poster featuring herself and Allu for the song on Instagram. “Your Pushpa and Srivalli,” she captioned the poster.
Apart from Allu, Pushpa 2: The Rule also stars Fahadh Faasil. Written and directed by Sukumar, the film also features Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Ajay Ghosh in key roles.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is slated to release in theatres on August 15.
