Prabhas's Insta Stories post and Nani's response
Directed by debutante Odella Srikanth, Dasara is a familiar tale of uprising, revenge and friendship based on the premise of the epic Ramayana. In the film, Nani plays a character called Dharani, based on Ravana. It also stars Keerthy Suresh, Shine Tom Chacko and Dheekshith Shetty in key roles.
Originally shot in Telugu, Dasara was released on March 30 in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The movie transports the viewers to a never-seen-before milieu of Singareni coal mines near Godavarikhani in Telangana.
Dasara is all set to enter the Rs 100-crore club and become one of Nani’s highest-grossing films.
