Prime Video has teased the premiere date of Mirzapur Season 3 with a new hint, this time hidden in a caricature featuring important characters from the crime drama.

The streamer Sunday shared the caricature on social media, stating that the release date is concealed within the image itself.

“Ab #MS3W poochna nahi, dhoondna hai. Toh ho jaiye shuru,” Prime Video wrote alongside the poster.

The post was flooded with comments from fans guessing the tentative release date. Many users said July 5 could be the potential release date, based on the numbers 5 and 7 written on the number plate of a car in the poster.

Some users pointed out that one of the characters in the poster had the symbol pi inscribed on their hand, hinting the release date could be July 22 (22/7). Others speculated that since the poster featured seven guns, seven characters and seven carpets, the release date could be July 7.

The first season of Mirzapur premiered in November 2018, followed by the second season in October 2020. The series revolves around a don named Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) who rules the roost in Mirzapur. His authority is challenged by the Pandit brothers — Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Bablu (Vikrant Massey) — leading to a series of clashes.

The action-thriller created by Karan Anshuman also features Shweta Tripathi Sharma and Rasika Dugal.

Last month, Ali Fazal had dropped a major hint about the upcoming third season of the Prime Video series. Fazal, who engaged with a fan on Twitter about the eagerly-anticipated third season, said that Panchayat Season 3 had a hidden clue about the third instalment of Mirzapur.
