Emily in Paris star Lily Collins celebrated her second marriage anniversary with American film director Charlie McDowell by sharing vintage-styled pictures from their wedding ceremony and penning a heartfelt note for her husband.
Sharing four pictures from their wedding on Instagram, Lily recalled the moment they got married two years back and how she feels “the love, the support, and the magic 100 times more” now. The 34-year-old actress also mentioned how her husband makes her a “stronger, bolder, and brighter human”.
“Thank you for being the greatest partner I could ever imagine and for making me smile like no other… Here’s to another 365 days of memories ahead, wherever in the world we find ourselves,” she said. “I’d walk into the unknown with you any day and every day. With you by my side, it’s always an epic adventure,” the actress concluded.
In the first picture, the 34-year-old actress is seen in a high-necked and embroidered wedding dress with a veil over her head. She smiles heartily while facing her husband at the altar. In the second and third pictures, the couple take a stroll through the woods while the last photo shows a card containing their wedding programme with the title ‘Welcome to Camp’.
Lily and Charlie tied the knot on September 4, 2021 after dating each other since 2019.
