Actress Janhvi Kapoor has extended her apologies to younger sister Khushi Kapoor on Instagram following a spat, the details of which were not made public.
However, the Mili (2022) actress showered love on her sister the day before Valentine’s Day.
Khushi posted a few mirror selfies from the makeup chair, dressed in a grey tie-dye sweatshirt. Putting an end to their argument, Janhvi commented, “I miss you I’m sorry I fought with you I love you.” She further posted another comment, “You’re the best ever my laddoooooooo.” Khushi, who recently made her debut with the Zoya Akhtar-directed Netflix film The Archies, acknowledged her sister by replying, “miss u love u I’m sorry hehehehe.”
Aside from the showering of love from her older sister, Khushi also got adoring comments from friends and family. Janhvi and Khushi’s cousin Shanaya Kapoor commented, “Miss u!” to which Khushi wrote back, “missing you”. Appreciating his friend’s look, Orry commented, “Glamour gworllll”. The actress’ father Boney Kapoor commented as well, likening his youngest daughter to Academy Award winning actress Sophia Loren.
Khushi and Jhanvi’s sibling dynamics has always been public, with the sisters recently appearing on the eighth season of filmmaker Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee with Karan. On the show, the duo opened up about their relationship after their mother Sri Devi’s death. Janhvi spoke about how the younger sister took up the nurturing role from the moment they heard the news.
Last seen in Bawaal (2023), co-starring with Varun Dhawan, Janhvi this year will make her Telugu debut in Koratala Siva-directed Devara: Part 1, which stars Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. Having made her debut in The Archies, along with Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda, Khushi is reportedly working on an untitled film co-starring Ibrahim Ali Khan.
