The grand finale of Bigg Boss OTT 2 will take place on August 14, host Salman announced during his interaction with housemates. He also unveiled the champion’s trophy for this season.

A visibly angry Salman expressed disappointment with the attitude of some contestants towards the game during Saturday’s episode of Weekend Ka Vaar. He singled out Bebika for refusing to participate in the ‘Paap Ka Ghada’ task.

The Bollywood actor also schooled Abhishek for his alleged overconfidence after winning the ‘Ticket to Finale’ task. The YouTuber had been claiming popularity of Bigg Boss OTT 2 was solely due to him and the makers should hand the trophy to him as a return gift. Salman asked him to be more grounded. He also reprimanded Abhishek for age-shaming Avinash.

Following Salman’s remarks, Abhishek regretted his choice of words and clarified his intentions to Elvish and Manisha. Abhishek explained that he felt misunderstood and that he didn't intend to demean other contestants or boast about his followers. They advised him to be more cautious with his words as the show neared its finale.
