Directed by Abhrajit Sen, Dakghor tells the story of a city boy who lands the role of a postmaster in Hagda village after his father’s demise. He decides to deliver some letters and in the process rediscovers the value of simple emotions in life.

The web series will be streaming on Hoichoi from February 24.

Ditipriya described Dakghor as a project that is extremely close to her heart. “Everytime I recall the experience, my heart just fills with joy. We have been waiting to share the magic of Dakghor with our audiences. It was truly an amazing experience,” she said.

Dakghor is an emotion to me and I wanted to share that emotion with anyone and everyone possible. Dakghor is something we hold very close to our hearts and we can’t wait to share it with our viewers,” said Suhotra.
